Every time 40 more reflections have been published on this website, there will be a compilation book printed as a paperback, just in case you prefer that format, or want to buy it for someone else.

Each year, in December, the 6 reflections that Mani has written in that year, will be shared, for free, on this website. The date for that upload will always be given in advance, so you can make a note of it if you want to.

We're very low tech, with the focus on the content of the reflections and not the cleverness of the website, so there isn't an automated way to remind you when the next ones will be available. However, if you if you know why you want to read or listen to the ONE... (that it will be good for your soul and overall well-being), then you'll have the motivation needed to go 'old fashioned' and set yourself a reminder in your paper or electronic calendar, to come back when the next one is added.
